All bookings are made on behalf of the customer with third-party service providers (Destination Management Companies, airlines, hotels, embassies, etc.), and are subject to their terms and conditions as well.

Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings are considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change without notice due to external factors.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel any affected bookings. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Payments once made are non-transferable and may be non-refundable depending on the service provider’s policies.

Visa & Travel Documentation

Visa services are offered on a best-effort basis. Final approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
We are not responsible for visa delays, denials, or requests for additional documents.
It is solely your responsibility to ensure that you hold valid travel documents including a passport with sufficient validity.

Limitation of Liability

We act solely as an intermediary between you and the service providers.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense resulting from:

  - Flight cancellations or rescheduling
  - Acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service booked.

Customer Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while making a booking.
You are solely responsible for understanding travel advisories, destination requirements, health guidelines, and entry restrictions.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice if fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Innovative Travel and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by the laws of India. and All legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
