Refund & Cancellation

At The Innovative Travel, we aim to provide flexibility while also safeguarding the interests of our business and service partners. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

General Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@theinnovativetravel.com or directly through your assigned travel advisor.
  • Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities, etc.) in addition to our own policy.
  • Customers have the option to choose between a refund (with 10% service charge deduction) or a credit note (with no service charge  deduction).

Refund Option (With Service Charges)

  • If you choose to cancel and request a refund, a 10% service charge will be deducted from the total booking amount (Not Advance Amount).
  • The remaining refund amount will be processed only after confirmation from the respective third-party provider (destination management company, airline, hotel, embassy, etc.).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original mode of payment within 30 working days from the date of final confirmation.

Credit Note Option (No Service Charges)

  • Instead of requesting a refund, you may opt for a credit note equal to the full value of your booking (no 10% service charge deduction).
  • The credit note is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used toward any future travel service with The Innovative Travel.
  • Credit notes are non-transferable and can be used only by the original customer or immediate family members with prior authorization.

Important Notes

  • No cancellation or refund request will be entertained for non-refundable bookings or in the case of a no-show.
  • Refunds and credit notes are subject to approval from the concerned service providers and may vary based on their specific policies.
  • Partial cancellations may not always be allowed, and in such cases, the provider’s policy will prevail.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, border closures, flight suspensions, pandemics, or government-imposed travel bans. In such cases, refunds or credit notes will be issued as per the third-party service provider’s policies.

Right to Amend

The Innovative Travel reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will apply to all new bookings and cancellations from the effective date onward.
